Terms of service

The website describes possible roofing services and invites enquiries. Work begins only after the trader and customer agree its scope and written quotation or contract. Before accepting, ask for the trader’s legal identity and geographical address, a clear description of materials and work, the total price including applicable VAT, payment terms, timing and any express warranty.

Changes to price or scope should be agreed before extra paid work is done. Attendance depends on availability, access, weather and safety. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. See cancellation rights for eligible contracts agreed at a distance or away from business premises.
